The Event Crew plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cruises. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, while also maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our vessels. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our vessels, including the dining room, galley, and other public areas.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including plating, serving, and clearing tables.
- Participate in pre- and post-cruise preparations, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
