The Event Crew plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences on our Toronto City Cruises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers, adhering to our RESPECT Service System
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including polishing plates, cutlery, and glasses
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations
  • Set up and break down dining rooms and service stations as required
  • Assist with food plating and buffet service when needed
  • Provide information to guests about menu descriptions, order of service, and entertainment options

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Smart Serve Certification Required
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential
  • Ability to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to guests and coworkers
