We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team at GOLDEN TOUCH HEATING AND COOLING SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The Handyman will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Contractor Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility.
