Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled handyman professional to work as a sub-contractor, providing maintenance and repair services to home and commercial clients. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, managing your own schedule and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, including carpentry, plumbing, and drywall work.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
- Deliver a great experience that wows customers and builds long-term relationships.
- 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman.
- Own your own tools and have a strong proficiency in at least three areas, including carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, basic plumbing, floor installation, and building codes.
- Live within the designated area and be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
As a sub-contractor, you'll have the opportunity to set your own rates and work independently. As an employee, the pay range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00/Hour, dependent on experience.
