Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled handyman to join our team, responsible for completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. As a handyman professional, you'll be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every job is done to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations
- Delivering a great experience that wows customers and builds life-long relationships
- 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman
- Own your own tools
- Complete a background and driving record check
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently
- Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time
- Carpentry work
- Bathroom improvements
- Kitchen improvements
- Painting, both inside and out
- Drywall work, minor and major repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Floor installation and refurbishing
- Familiar with building codes
As a sub-contractor, you'll determine your own pricing. As an employee, the pay range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00/Hour, dependent on your experience as a professional handyman and your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects.
