Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
  • Open and close the store on a rotational basis
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others, is desirable
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
