Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the organization\u2019s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. You will also be responsible for assigning financial projects and activities to workers, directing staff, and evaluating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
\u2022 Coordinate the organization\u2019s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
\u2022 Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
\u2022 Plan and control budget and expenditures
\u2022 Plan and organize daily operations
\u2022 Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
\u2022 Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
\u2022 Design and manage investment strategies
\u2022 Monitor financial control systems
\u2022 Oversee the preparation of reports
\u2022 Provide customer service
\u2022 Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
\u2022 Oversee payroll administration
Requirements:
\u2022 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\u2022 Excellent communication and leadership skills
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
