Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the design and implementation of data pipelines on cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems on cloud providers like AWS. Experience with cloud-based data warehousing, ETL processes, and data lakes is essential. Additionally, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required.

AWS CloudWatch, AWS Lambda, and other related services are preferred but not necessary. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills, is also crucial. Knowledge of equivalent technologies in Azure and GCP can be beneficial, especially experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines on cloud platforms, focusing on AWS.
  • Maintaining large volumes of data from various sources, performing data cleansing and validation tasks.
  • Developing efficient ETL processes using tools like AWS Glue and Apache Airflow.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in AWS data engineering, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, with expertise in AWS services like AWS Redshift and AWS Lambda.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
