We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and budgets
- Manage kitchen operations, including scheduling and staff management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
The Executive Chef will work in a busy restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
