  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Train and Develop Staff

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we can meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in our kitchen, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards and that our staff are working in a safe and healthy environment.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers are satisfied.

Maintain Records and Reports

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights and data to inform our business decisions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Management
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent Full-Time Position
  • 35-40 Hours per Week
  • English Language Required
