Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales and Service Consultant. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide best-in-class solutions to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a training rate of $17.30 per hour, plus uncapped incentive and commission pay, 18 paid days off, 12 paid statutory holidays, paid sick days, health benefits, pension, and employee discounts.
Your earning potential (salary plus commission, incentive & growth share) could be $35,000 to $50,000 per year or even more.
