We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Quality Tires. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, plan and control budget and expenditures, and possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.

As an Office Operations Coordinator at Quality Tires, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to work independently. You will be responsible for maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

We offer a permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
