Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Guruwali Holding Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account the specific needs of each group.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and activities.
  • Offer general information about points of interest in the area, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements:

  • Will train, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
