Dayforce Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Senior UX Researcher to join our established team of dedicated UX Researchers. This is a remarkable opportunity for a motivated individual to generate a deep understanding of the people who use our products and guide product strategy and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and define research objectives aligned with product and business goals
  • Create project plans and artifacts that describe design research efforts, timelines, and outcomes
  • Conduct evaluative and generative UX research to inform, lead, and support the creation of useful, usable, and desirable digital products across web and mobile
  • Act as a consultant and coach to help non-researchers conduct light research using appropriate methods and facilitation techniques
  • Enable product managers, designers, engineers, and others to learn and apply research skills
  • Contribute to practice building and research operations initiatives to help scale design and research

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience practicing complex UX research at scale, using methods such as diary studies, field research, remote research, moderated and unmoderated usability testing, and surveys
  • Passionate advocate of putting users at the heart of the work
  • Ability to think and innovate at the intersection of the user, business value, technological feasibility, while considering longer-term and broader human and ethical impacts
  • Success at bringing a range of people into the research process, including cross-functional partners, successfully engaging stakeholders and executives with findings and insights
