About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Service Manager to join our team at Nourish NB. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cocktail lounge and bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Area Management: Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Operations Coordination: Organize the daily operations of the cocktail lounge and bar, including inventory management and control.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by advising on wine selection, making drink recommendations, and taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of drinks, including mixed cocktails, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
