Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at RKS Hotels Group Ltd. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Verify and reconcile hotel financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.
  • Accounting Systems: Maintain and update hotel accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Room Reservations: Manage room reservations, including cancellations and changes.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent guest service, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computerized bookkeeping systems.
