Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) or Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Social Worker in a health setting
  • Demonstrated competence in team building, conflict management, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Teaching experience considered an asset
  • Education and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy considered an asset
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Search, including Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Valid Class 'G' Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle
  • Registered Social Worker in good standing
