Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality of food.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
