About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Care24 Homecare & Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Provide basic first aid and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

Our team works in a variety of settings, including home care and visiting care agencies, nursing homes, and group homes.
