Care24 Homecare & Support Services is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding clients.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, and provide support with walking and balance.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a healthcare aide program or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
