Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Participate in quarterly forecasting, providing accurate projections of future financial performance
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and ad-hoc analyses to inform management decisions
  • Closely monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management controller role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
