About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Client Engagement team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability through deepening client relationships and increasing balances and purchase volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategic roadmap to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Optimize and manage core client engagement programs, including proactive line increase, upgrades, and inactive engagement, as well as the overall client life cycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategies from end-to-end.
  • Build market intelligence capabilities to understand the competitive landscape and inform business decisions.
  • Establish robust reporting to monitor program effectiveness and deliver actionable analysis to support decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Effectively communicate strategy and data-driven insights to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Assess the value of various opportunities and prioritize deliverables to focus on high-impact initiatives.
