Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Beirut Express. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and stay ahead of culinary trends.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, weddings, and other special functions.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality food output.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and achieving exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine, particularly Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
