Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Diplomat Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring we have the necessary resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
