Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Wendys Restaurant.
Job Summary:The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Food Preparation: Load buspans and trays, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place dishes in storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks
Fast-paced environment, overtime required, and attention to detail.
