Food Service Team Lead

Crepeworks Southgate is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team and ensure seamless operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Establish work schedules and maintain records of staff hours, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
