About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Innovation Leader to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Digital Special Projects sector, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and shaping the future of our card products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and advise on complex issues related to our strategic directions, leveraging market trends and new technologies to drive growth.
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments, ensuring our card products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including payment, legal & compliance, and banking products, to ensure seamless integration of initiatives and processes.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3-5 years in card products. Your expertise in payment and financing, combined with your ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity, will be invaluable in this role.
