Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and dispatch security personnel to incidents as required
  • Monitor CCTV systems and provide support to security agents responding to calls
  • Provide detailed documentation of activity and escalate incidents to management as needed
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and information on incidents
  • Perform key access and sign-in/sign-out procedures for employees and contractors
Requirements
  • Previous dispatch experience is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for contractor and customer interactions
  • Computer literacy with multiple software programs
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks and work under stressful conditions
