Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Operations Deployment Lead to join our team at Purolator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of strategic program objectives across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement deployment strategies, ensuring seamless integration with business functions.
  • Lead the development of program deployment plans, including resourcing, scheduling, and process definition.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and secure implementation leads for requirement gathering and deployment activities.
  • Oversee the deployment team responsible for execution, stabilization, and process improvement.
  • Apply change management principles to introduce new approaches and solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of operational experience, preferably in a management role.
  • 2-5 years of experience in national deployment of processes or technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of operational systems and processes.
  • Experience with change management methodology and project management principles.
  • Lean/Six Sigma training and post-secondary education are assets.
