Job Title: National Operations Deployment Lead, Programs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Operations Deployment Lead to join our team at Purolator Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of strategic program objectives across our national operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement deployment strategies, including resourcing and managing end-to-end deployment activities.
  • Partner with program and project teams to identify sequencing, synergies, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with leadership to find suitable implementation leads for requirement gathering and deployment activities.
  • Oversee and manage cross-functional deployment teams responsible for implementation activities during the preparation, execution, and stabilization phases.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including training, communication, and process documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 2-5 years in national deployment of processes or technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of operational systems and processes.
  • Experience with change management methodology and project management principles.
  • Lean/Six Sigma training and post-secondary education preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of products.

Working Conditions:

This role is based in our Corporate Office and requires occasional travel to terminals and remote work.
