Job Title: National Operations Deployment Lead, Programs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Operations Deployment Lead, Programs to join our team at Purolator Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of strategic program objectives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement deployment strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with operations and business stakeholders to identify and address business needs and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful program delivery
  • Monitor and report on program progress and performance

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of operational experience, preferably in a management role
  • 2-5 years of experience in national deployment of processes or technologies
  • Thorough understanding of operational systems and processes
  • Experience with change management methodology and project management
  • Lean/Six Sigma training and post-secondary education preferred

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working in an office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support business needs.
