Job Description

At CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and monitoring and operating signal and track switch control panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other personnel
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles
  • Monitor and report on the performance of drivers and other personnel
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve driver performance and safety
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
