Job Description

At CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS, we are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other transportation staff.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to ensure efficient cargo handling.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in transportation or logistics.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
