Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at CoStar Group. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic relationships with clients.

About the Role

This is a highly demanding yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in commercial real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales revenue and growth
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH CONSULTATIVE SALES METHODS AND REGULAR COMMUNICATION
  • Prospect new clients using CoStar Group's extensive property data and sales tools
  • Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue and share best practices
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and market analysis
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through regular communication, market insights, and solutions tailored to clients' needs
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects, both within and outside of your office location
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience in commercial real estate or selling digital advertising solutions
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers and a proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • A current and valid driver's license (or the ability to obtain one prior to start date)
  • Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start, with a driving history reflecting responsible behavior and compliance with traffic laws
  • Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior-level clients
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
