The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - 150,000 per year, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required in this position.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide a broad range of HR services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and hire top talent to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in talent acquisition, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
