We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our team at Aramark Canada. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and service of food in our dining hall.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Sous Chefs and Cooks with the preparation of daily menu items
- Cook on the line, grill, and use ovens to prepare a variety of dishes
- Prepare stations with food and ingredients
- Assemble cooked products and present them in an appealing manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Assist with culinary auditing and food safety measures
- Ensure adherence to all Aramark Policies and Procedures
- Previous experience in food service is required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
