Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook Specialist to join our culinary team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes, including house-made sauces, soups, and salads, to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Participate in menu planning and development to ensure our offerings are fresh, exciting, and meet the tastes of our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless service to our guests.
