Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and carry out customer requests and inquiries, particularly those of an administrative nature.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, including statements, paperwork, and onboarding documents.
  • Execute comprehensive knowledge and execution of CSI policies and procedures, including daily review of client accounts and transactions.
  • Assist with customer segmentation and service matrix.
  • Provide support to team members, Manager, retail employees, and partners.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in financial services, preferably with wealth experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs of and provide superior service to customers and IAs.
