About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Specialist to join our team at Upper Crust. As an Industrial Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Equipment Testing: Conduct thorough tests on electrical and electronic equipment and components to ensure they are functioning within specified parameters.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical motors, generators, alternators, and other electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and testing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, and a team player
