About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Specialist to join our team at Upper Crust. As an Industrial Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on electrical motors, generators, and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Equipment Testing: Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance to identify any potential issues.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
