Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Cell Phone Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and ensuring that our team is equipped to repair a wide range of devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain a variety of electronic devices, including phones, laptops, and gaming systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Stay current with new technologies and trends in the industry.
- Lead and train other team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform repairs.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and some college or technical training.
- Proficient in soldering and experience with a wide range of device repairs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication.
