Dishwasher - Fiamo Italian Kitchen

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Fiamo Italian Kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and ensuring that our dishes, glassware, and flatware are washed and stored properly.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Storage and Organization: Place dishes in storage areas in a neat and organized manner to ensure easy access and minimize waste.
- Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand when necessary, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Pot and Pan Scouring: Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and maintain their cleanliness.
- We offer support for newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- We develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- We apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
- This is a permanent position.
- The language of work is English.
