Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, ensuring they are properly stacked and secured.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, as needed.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue.
