About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Fiamo Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Ensure all dishes are properly stored and sanitized.
  • Assist with hand washing and sanitizing of dishes and other items as needed.
  • Scour pots and pans to maintain their cleanliness and prevent the buildup of bacteria.
