Cybercrime Senior Manager Job Description

The Cybercrime Senior Manager will play a pivotal role on the Cybercrime Senior Leadership Team, focused on protecting TD customers from digital threats. This leader will be responsible for the overall program strategy, maturing capabilities to adapt to emerging cybercrime threats while ensuring effective performance through governance and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee three teams: adaptive strategy, control performance, and model performance.
  • Define and publish capability scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Establish and publish executive-level metrics.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality.
  • Ensure teams respond to incidents, provide guidance, research, and root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.
  • Contribute to enterprise-level metrics and reporting.
  • Prioritize and manage team workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines from stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Python or equivalent technologies.
  • CISSP, Security+, or other Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
