Job Title: Senior Manager, Technical Direction

TD Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Technical Direction to join our team. As a key member of our Cybercrime Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our customers from digital threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Customer Authentication Strategy & Performance (CASP) team, responsible for the overall program strategy and maturing capabilities to adapt to emerging cybercrime threats.
  • Oversee three teams: adaptive strategy, control performance, and model performance, ensuring effective performance through governance and oversight.
  • Define and publish capability scorecards and performance metrics, socializing and obtaining agreement to program roadmap, change management, and issue resolution.
  • Establish and publish executive-level metrics, ensuring teams respond to incidents, provide guidance, research, and root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.
  • Prioritize and manage team workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines from stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Python or equivalent technologies.
  • CISSP, Security+, or other Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
