Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive experience at our gas bars.
- Support and guide Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer satisfaction and sales, promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver solutions that meet shared objectives, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in Gas Bar operations or a related field.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Systems (CRS) and a willingness to develop and learn.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
