Gas Bar Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Bar Site Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Gas Bar Attendants, and maintaining operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional service to customers
- Support and guide Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales
- Maintain operations as Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager
- Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions that meet shared objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience
- Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn
- Familiarity with customer service and working outside in inclement weather
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do
