Gas Bar Site Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Bar Site Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of Gas Bar Attendants to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive experience at our gas bar.
- Support and guide Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer satisfaction and sales, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- In the absence of the Site Manager, assume responsibility for maintaining operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and making informed decisions to drive business results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a gas bar or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRS (Customer Relationship System) and a willingness to develop and learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Results-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
