Senior Construction Project Manager

Hawk Exteriors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from initiation to completion.
About the Role:- This is a permanent, full-time position requiring approximately 35 hours of work per week.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide coaching to team members.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial updates, progress tracking, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate, preferably in a related field such as construction management or engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior construction project management role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
